The traditional technology of needle-free injection cannot satisfy the need of specificgroups and special occasion with the rapid development of society. Now days the needle-freedrug delivery system has been the research hotpot in the new field of drug delivery, which hasthe incomparable advantage with traditional drug delivery system. In order to improve thepercentage of absorption, researchers based on the varies of power developing the technologyof need-free injection which has been used in clinic.In this paper, the technology of needle-free injection which is driven by the voice coilmotor and the drug absorption in human beings has been further studied. The research couldbe divided into two independent parts. The first part focus on uncontrol and complication ofthe traditional needle-free technology developing the new style needle-free injection systemwhich is driven by the voice-coil-motor. The system has the characteristics of simple structureand controllable. At the end of this part use the finite software analyzing of the magnetic fieldand the force of the voice coil motor. The second part of this paper analyzes the skincomposition and mechanical properties, constructs the mathematical model of micro jet ofdrug penetrating the skin barrier and absorption by the body.This model provide reference forthe further R&D of micro jet system delivery the drugThe thesis is divided into6chapters. The main contents in each chapter are as follows:Chapter1described the background and significance of this research, the study status ofmicro jet system of drug delivery and percutaneous absorption at home and abroad wereintroduced detailed, the main research contents were presented at last.Chapter2design a needle-free system based on voice-coil-motor which including themechanical structure and control circuit design.Chapter3built the3-D model of the liner voice-coil-motor, then using the finite softwareANSOFT analysis the magnet field and force of the voice-coil-motor. The needle-freeinjection system based on the jet injection mechanism in vitro was studied, built themathematical model of pressure and system parameter (including micro hole diameter,ampoule diameter, and current so on) in theory.Chapter4introduced the structure and mechanical properties of human skin, then builtthe mathematical model of micro jet penetrating the skin. In the end, built the mathematicalmodel of drug’s absorption in dermis.Chapter5set up the experimental system detecting the dynamic pressure of micro jet. Chapter6, summarizedall the work in this paper, point out the innovation ofthe study,then put forward problems of the needle-free jet system. At last, present the improvementdirection ofthe model of micro jet delivery system.
