Studies On The Chemicial Constituents Of Polyalthia Rumphii Brak And Leaves

Two parts are involved in this dissertation:In order to study the chemical constitutents from the Polyalthia rumphii,Silica gel and Sephadex LH-20colunm chromatography were used to isolate the chemical constituents, and the structures of isolated compounds were elucidated by spectral analysis. Twenty-eight compounds were isolated. The structures of twenty compounds were identified from them.The studies on the chemical constituents Polyalthia rumphii,which belongs to the family Polyalthia, is distributed in Guangxi and Huanan in China. It has the ctivity of anticancer,antioncoma,bacterio-stasis, anti-inflammatory, antifertility, antithrombotic and analgesic.Ninteen compounds were isolated from Polyalthia rumphii brak, and fourteen com pounds were isolated from Polyalthia rumphii brak,and fourteen compoundswere identified from them.They ary (3-sitosterol(1)、Friedelin(2)、Lupeol(3)、Daucosterol (4)、(+)-yangabin(5)、liriodenine(6)、(22E,24R)-5α,8a-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-β-ol(7)、Kaempferol-3-o-a-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1�'6)-β-D-galacopyranoside(8)、6a-hydrox y-cholest-4,22-diene-3-one(9)、6a-hydroxy-cholest-4-ene-3-one(10)、D-1-O-Mefhy-myo-inositol(11)、(22E,24R)-ergosta-5,7,22-trien-3-ol(12)、lysicamine(13)、Quercetin (14).Fifteen compounds were isolated from Polyalthia rumphii leaves,and eleven co-mpous were identified from them.Six compounds were the same to Polyalthia rumphii brak.The six compounds are Ergosta-5,24(28)-dien-3β-ol (15)、stigmasterol(16)、5,7,3’-trihydroxy-4’-methoxylflavonoid(17)、liquiritigen in(18)、new compound (19)8-oxotetrahydropalmatine(20)。...
