Objective: The research is to investigate the effects of stellate ganglion block onAutonomic nerve function in carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum by Bultrasound-guided in option forward line LC surgery patients, and to supply theexperimental information for scholars to use the technology of stellate ganglion block. Methods: Forty patients, not limited to gender, age32to75years and45-80kgweight,ASA grade Ⅰ or Ⅱundergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy weredivided by randomized digital table in medical order into contral group(Ⅰ) and stellateganglion block by B ultrasound-guided group(Ⅱ)。The patients accepted R-SGB withB ultrasound-guided by C7route with1%lidocaine(7mL) borfe10min inductionanesthesia. The changes low frequency(LF),high frequency(HF),total spectrapower(TP)and low frequency/high frequency ratio (LF/HF) were recorded beforeblock (T0),5min after inflation (T1),30min after inflation (T2),5min after deflation(T3)and end of operation(T4),and record the heart rate(HR) and mean arterialpressure(MAP) in the above each time point. Then calculate normalized unit lowfrequency(LFnu), normalized unit high frequency(HFnu) and the value of RPP(systolicblood pressure multiply heart rate,SBP*HR).Then collect arterial blood specimen (5ml)in the above five time point, adopting upper blood serum after centrifuge and detectingthe concentration of epinephrine(E), norepinephrine(NE) and cortisol(COR) by enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay(ELISA).Results:1.As LF,LFnu and LF/HF ratio increased at T1-4and HFnu were decreased atT2-4were statistically significant to compared with the baseline values(T0) in group Ⅰ(P<0.05or P<0.01). As HF increased at T1-4and LF/HF ratio decreased atT1-T4were statistically significant to compared with the baseline values(T0) in group Ⅱ(P<0.05or P<0.01).As LF,LFnu and LF/HF ratio decreased at T1-4wasstatistically significant to compared with group Ⅰ in group Ⅱ(P<0.05).HF andHFnu were increased at T1-4as compared with group Ⅰ in group Ⅱ(P<0.05or P<0.01).2. As E,NE and COR increased at T1-4were statistically significant tocompared with the baseline values(T0) in group Ⅰ(P<0.05or P<0.01).And CORwas increased at T2,4(P<0.05)as compared with the baseline values(T0) in groupⅡ. E,NE and COR were decreased at T1-4as compared with Ⅰi n groupⅡ (P<0.05or P<0.01).3. MAP was increased at T1-4(P<0.05)as compared with the baseline values(T0) in groupⅠ.RPP was decreased at T1-3and increased at T4(P<0.05)as compared with the baselinevalues(T0) in group Ⅰ.MAP,HR and RPP were decreased at T1-4as compared with the baselinevalues(T0) in group Ⅱ (P<0.05). MAP,HR and RPP were decreased at T1-4as comparedwith Ⅰin group Ⅱ (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Stellate ganglion block by B ultrasound-guided is safe andeffective.2.Right stellate ganglion block can restrain sympathetic nervous irritabilityby carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum, up-regulating the vagus nerve excitability, maintainning the stability of the autonomic nerve function..3. Right stellate ganglionblock can reduce the concentration of catecholamine receptor in carbon dioxidepneumoperitoneum, keep stabilizing about hemodynamic in perioperative period andprevent cardiovascular event.
