Randomized, Parallel Controlled Clinical Observational Study On Shen-gui-ren Decoction In Treating The Postpartum Depression Of The Syndrome Of Qi Xu Xue Xu Xue Yu Complex

Objective:Systematically evaluating on the clinical effect and the security of Shen-gui-ren decoction(formerly Chanshu granule) in treating the postpartum depression of the Syndrome of Qi Xu Xue Xu Xue Yu ComplexMethods:A randomized, parallel controlled experiment was designed;110patients with postpartum depression diagnosis criteria and TCM deficiency of Syndrome of Qi Xu Xue Xu Xue Yu Complex, were included from May2011to August2012in Sichuan Provincial People’s Hospital obstetrical outpatient and ward, Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital, and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group were taken Shen-gui-ren decoction, the control group were not taken any formula drugs connected to postpartum depression. After6weeks to1course treatment, And the clinical effect and the security of Shen-guiren decoction in treating the postpartum depression was observed.Results:①Synthetic effect:The effective rate of Shen-gui-ren decoction group was92.6%, and the control group was64.8%. there has a significant difference, P<0.05.②Comparison of EPDS score before and after treatment in the two groups:the treatment group the EPDS score in the treatment of3weeks was lower than that of control group (P<0.05), in the treatment of6weeks was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.01), there was significant difference between two groups.③Comparison of TCM symptom score before and after treatment in the two groups:the treatment group the score of traditional Chinese medical syndrome in the treatment of3weeks was lower than that of control group (P<0.05), in the treatment of6weeks was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.01), there was significant difference between two groups.Conclusion:①Shen-gui-ren decoction in the treatment of postpartum depression (Qi xu xue xu xue yu syndrome) has obvious curative effect, can significantly improve patients depression and related TCM syndrome.②Parameters normalized kernel mixture clinical application is safe and effective, no obvious adverse reactions were found, stop breastfeeding does not need medication period, suitable for clinical popularization.
