Acquaintance Of Path Theory Of Zhuang Medicine And Clinical Research On Treating HSPN Children With Hematuresis By Daochizhixue Powder

Object:By means of research on the relationship between zhuang medicine path theory and the morbidity of HSPN children with hematuresis.,we discuss the the relationship between zhuang medicine path theory and the morbidity of HSPN children with hematuresis, so as to guide the clinical medication.Methods:60participants randomized into two groups,30were in treatment group,30were in control group. According to the age of participant, the participants in the treatment group were given daochizhixuesan, while the control group were given prednisone and dipyridamole, After8weeks treatment, we compared the clinical comprehensive curative effects and Syndrome curative effects by means of software spss18.0.Results:1.Participants in two groups were comparable in gender, age and disease course (P>0.05).2.Efficacy:6cases treatment group were cured,11cases markedly effective,8cases effective,5cases ineffective, the total efficiency is83.33%; control group4cases were cured,6cases markedly effective,11cases,9cases ineffective, the total efficiency is70%. Difference between the two groups has statistical significance. The results indicated that the treatment group were superior to control in the efficacy.3.Syndrome curative effect:treatment group6cases were cured,10cases markedly effective,10cases effective,4cases ineffective, the total efficiency is86.67%; control group4cases were cured,6cases markedly effective,12cases,8cases ineffective, the total efficiency of73.33%. Difference between the two groups has statistical significance. The results indicated that the treatment group were superior to control in the syndrome efficacy.Conclusion:We choose the formule In the guidance of zhuang medicine path theory to treat HSPN children with hematuresis, and the results show that daochizhixuesan was significantly superior to the control group.
