| BackgroundEarthquake was known as the first place of group of disaster,it occurs with high frequency and devastating.Physical and mental health of people who experenced earthquakes may be badly hit. After the serious earthquake and catastrophe, the psychological problems have caused social attention.There are kinds of methods to intervene, as a new treatment the musicotherapy have been applyed in some different departments and have effected in a certain degree.But there are not some reports about the musicotherapy are applyed in the psychological problems after serious earthquake and catastrophe.Now the research mainly focus on clinical observation,so there are lack of detailed animal experiments and advanced index. They will provide lab data about the musicotheraphy,through the animal experiments to find the pathophysiologic mechanism of the musicotherapy on disease,ObjectiveResearch the effect of stimulated seismic stress to the psychological behaviorã€CORT and MRã€GR in the brain of the rats.Meanwhile to observe the musicotheraphy in early intervention the rats,it may provide some theoretical basis for early intervention.Methods1.Beijing Wellson Science and Technology Development Co.Ltd has successfully developed the simulated earthquake shaking platform,use it to simulate the earthquake environment.The30rats,10-week-old male wistar and weight200g-230g, randomly are divided into three groups according to the weight:group C(control)10rats,the common rats not experienced simulated seismic stimulation;group S(stress)10rats,given chronic simulated seismic stimulus30min/d,last3w;group M(stress+music):10rats, given chronic simulated seismic stimulus30min/d,meanwhile given music therapy3h/d, last3w.2.After the simulated earthquake stimulation,the first and the second day carried the open-field behavior test and tail suspension test respectively,the next day killed all rats,detected serum CORT,removed brain tissue,carried the biopy of hippocampus and frontal cortex,to observe the expression of MRã€GR within immunohistochemistry.ResultsAfter three weeks stimulated seismic stress,the CORT of the rats is higher obviously than the control group(P<0.05), difference is statistically significant,and there are some changes about psychological behavior,that is anxiety and depression(P<0.05),MRã€GR in the hippocampus and the frontal cortex declined(P<0.05).The rats who receive stimulated seismic stress and musicotherapy,the CORT declined obviously(P<0.05),the MRã€GR rise(P<0.05),but the change of behavious can not be obvious(P>0.05).Conclusions1.Chronic stimulated seismic stress can lead the rats to appear anxiety and depression,the CORT in the serum to rise,the MR and GR in the hippocampus and the frontal cortex declined.2. Chronic stimulated seismic stress can raise the CORT,and the CORT have acytotoxicity to the hippocampus and the frontal cortex.3. The musicotheraphy intervention in early can antagonistic the CORT raise of the stimulated seismic stress rat,and can improve the behavioral. |
