Objective:Explore the significance of ASPP2and iASPP in cervical cancer and their relationship with p53Methods:Using immunohistochemical method to detect the expression of ASPP2, iASPP, p53in30cases of normal cervical tissue,32cases of CINI,35cases of CINâ…¡-â…¢ and34cases of early cervical cancer tissue of the expression condition, analysis ASPP2, iASPP relationship with p53.Results:(1)p53expressed mainly in the nucleus, but ASPP2and iASPP is mainly expressed in cytoplasm and/or cell nucleus.(2)When p53was negative, the positive expression rate of ASPP2in normal cervix, CINI group, CINâ…¡-â…¢ group and cervical cancer group gradually reduced. There was statistically difference between normal cervix and CINâ…¡-â…¢ group, cervical cancer group (P<0.05),but no statistical difference was found between other groups. The positive expression rate of LASPP in the four groups gradually increases, and between normal cervix and cervical cancer group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).(3)When the p53was positive, the expression of ASPP2and iASPP had no statistical difference in each groups.Conclusion:(1)The expression of ASPP2and iASPP in cervical cancer was correlated with the wild p53, not with the mutant p53.(2)ASPP2and iASPP may participate in the occurrence of cervical cancer.
