Purpose:Observation of Xue Mai Ning Granule on blood lipid regulation roleincluding serum oxidized LDL(oxLDL) and ATP-binding cassette transporterA1(ABCA1) in High-fat diet rabbits.Materials and methods:This study in rabbits as experimental objects,40rabbits were in accordancewith the random number method, were randomly divided into four groups,respectively: blank control group, model group, Xue Mai Ning granule group,the control group of Western medicine.Adaptive feeding rabbits after a week,the model group, Xue Mai Ning granule group and Western medicine group weremodel replication. Using high fat diet feeding methods atherosclerosis modelreplication,model group,Xue Mai Ning granule group and Western medicine groupall the rabbits were fed high fat diet, and in experiment first day one-timeintraperitoneal injection of vitamin D3(600000IU/kg). Blank control groupgiven normal granular feed, and in experiment first day was given the sameamount of intraperitoneal injection of saline. Continuous to high fat diet for4weeks, all rabbits through ear vein collecting venous blood3ml, isolated fromthe serum were detected, the level of blood lipid of rabbits. By statisticalanalysis, compared with the blank control group, model group three rabbitsblood lipids were significantly higher than control group (P<0.01),thatsuccessfully mould, and the start of Xue Mai Ning granule group and the controlgroup of Western medicine treatment, respectively, by mouth filling feeding Xue Mai Ning granule and atorvastatin, once a day,after4weeks of continuousirrigation.After the end of the experiment through ear vein collecting allrabbits venous blood4ml,isolated from the serum by enzyme assay,includingall rabbits serum triglyceride, cholesterol,high density lipoprotein, lowdensity lipoprotein. Serum oxLDL and ABCA1were anlalysis by Enzyme-LinkedImmunosorbent Assay (ELISA).Using SPSS10.0software package for each of thegroups of experimental data for statistical analysis,measurement data to mean±SD (x±s),multiple group were compared with single factor analysis ofvariance, correlation in two variable was compared with Pearson method, P<0.05was considered statistically significant.Result:Compared with the blank control group, model group,Xue Mai Ning granulegroup, the control group of Western medicine in rabbit serum cholesterol,triglyceride,high density lipoprotein,low density lipoprotein contentincreased significantly,with statistical significance (P<0.01).Compared with the model group, Xue Mai Ning granule group,the controlgroup of Western medicine in rabbit serum cholesterol,triglyceride,low densitylipoprotein content decreased,and high density lipoprotein content decreased,with statistical significance (P<0.01).The two treatment groups in rabbitserum cholesterol, triglyceride,high density lipoprotein,low densitylipoprotein content, without statistical significance (P>0.05).Compared with the blank control group, model group,Xue Mai Ning granulegroup, the control group of Western medicine in rabbit serum oxLDL and ABCA1content increased significantly, with statistical significance (P<0.01).Compared with the model group,Xue Mai Ning granule group,the controlgroup of Western medicine in rabbit serum oxLDL attenuated but ABCA1contentincreased,with statistical significance (P<0.01).oxLDL and ABCA1in allanimal possess positive correlation. Conclusion:1.Xue Mai Ning granule can effectively reduce hyperlipidemia model inrabbits serum triglyceride,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein;increase high density lipoprotein level.2.Xue Mai Ning Granule can effectively attenuated oxLDL.3Xue Mai Ning Granule can increase serum ABCA1and through it regulateblood lipid.
