| Cardiac monitor (CM) is the one of important medical equipments, its precise metering and certification is the fundamental of effective and reliable working. So, the calibration of CM endows with some aspects of administrative enforcement and important practice meaning. All measurement results are with certain uncertainty, whose analysis and judgment directly reflects the quality of measurement data. However, the theory of uncertainty is a young subject and there exist still many problems about its theory and application research. Especially, there aren’t any unified standards and methods of uncertainty calculation and gauge until now.In this paper, we firstly explored in deep the relative theories and methods of uncertainty representation and evaluation. Then, based on the national technique regulation-"JJG760-2003verification regulation of cardiac monitor" and national metrology inspection regulation-"JJF1059-1999evaluation and representation of measurement uncertainty", which both were issued by General administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China (AQSIQ), we analyzed deeply and systematically the four most important parameters of CM, including standard voltage, voltage scanning speed, heart-rate displaying error, and the occurring time of heart-rate alarm, simultaneously combined our many-years front-line working experience on medical apparatus inspection and metering. The practical application samples showed the method developed in this paper is significant. At the same time, this contribution ensures the normal, effective and safe running of medical instrument and improves the working efficiency and obtains economical benefits. In addition, the results of other more practices, including the uncertainty calibration of feed speed of electrocardiograph etc.al, the achievement obtained from this paper can be expanded to the meteorological measurement process of other type of medical equipment in hospitals. |
