Objective:To investigate the routine rehabilitation therapy combined with motor imagery therapy on lower extremity motor function in stroke hemiplegia recovery effect.Methods:Firstly we choose40cases of apoplexy hemiparalysis patients who conform to the criteria of being selected, and then divide them into a treatment group of20cases and an reference group of the other20cases. While carrying on conventional recovery treatments, the treatment group also take motor imagery therapy of15minutes each time, which is conducted once a day and lasts for6weeks. Secondly evaluate the maximum load percentage of lower limbs in hemiplegic fastest exhumation speed in5meters、Berg balanced function table and Fugl-Meyer four indexes on approaches of motion function point rating the day before treatment and the day after6weeks of treatment.Results:No statistical differences exist between two groups’ various evaluation indexes before being treated, but after6weeks of treatment, compared with reference group, the experimental group not only achieves remarkable improvement on the functions of balance and motion, but also precedes in terms of fastest exhumation speed in5meters and the maximum load percentage of lower limbs in hemiplegic, which are statistically different; while after being treated, differences of Berg balanced function table as well as Fugl-Meyer lower limb componental movement function grading of two groups are not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:Motor imagery therapy can effectively improve the patient’s maximum load hemiplegic lower extremity and walking speed, but the activities of daily living, balance rehabilitation effect is not obvious.
