| Objective: To explore the effect of hysterectomy on the female pelvic floorfunction, study the treatment effect of biofeedback combined with electrical stimulationon hysterectomy postoperative pelvic floor function.Method: Choosing60patients treated in Liaoning province people’s hospital fromJune2011to December2011with total abdominal hysterectomy due to uterine benignlesions. All patients before and three months after hysterectomy preceded pelvic floorfunction examination,1h urine pad test, POP-Q score and quality of sexual lifequestionnaire. They were divided into study group and control group three months afterhysterectomy, each group of30people. The study group patients preceded a course oftreatment with biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation (10times,2times aweek,30minutes each time) after three months of operation, guided by professionalclinicians. General health education for the patients in the control group. Two groups ofpatients in postoperative6months and12months preceded pelvic floor function,1hoururine pad test and sexual life quality questionnaire,(the questionnaire is divided intophysiological factors, emotional factors and factors of sexual partners three, respectively,to score and to draw total scores), from pelvic floor muscle strength, stress urinaryincontinence, and sexual function three aspects to evaluate treatment effect and analysis.Results:(1) The influence of pelvic floor function after hysterectomy: enrolled60patients before surgery, pelvic floor muscle strength is less than or equal to grade Ⅲ are33cases, more than Ⅲ level are27cases, after hysterectomy the pelvic floor muscleforce is less than or equal to grade Ⅲ are48cases, compared with the preoperative wassignificantly decreased (P <0.05);3months after hysterectomy the amount of leakage ofurine in patients with an average of (6.91±2.87) g, preoperative mean was (2.24±1.17)g, there are significant difference between the two group(P <0.05); physiological factors in sexual quality of life questionnaires rates of3months after surgery compared withpreoperative decreased, dropped from preoperative (35.5±6.2) g to (19.8±5.30) g, t=2.317, P <0.05, emotional factors score and sexual partners factor score after3monthsand before surgery showed no significant difference (P>0.05).(2) The influence ofbiofeedback combined with electrical stimulation in the treatment of the pelvic floormuscle strength:6months after surgical the study group muscle strength more thangrade Ⅲ was13patients, and6patients in the control group,12months after surgicalthe study group muscle strength more than grade Ⅲo ver11cases, and in the controlgroup only five cases, P values were0.027and0.035, the difference was statisticallysignificant (3) The influence of the biofeedback joint electrical stimulation therapy onthe amount of urine leakage: the study group6months after hysterectomy measuredaverage leakage of urine was (3.19±1.84) g, in the control group6months aftersurgical the amount of urine leakage was (7.38±2.58) g, comparer the two group weresignificant difference, P <0.05, the study group12months after hysterectomy theamount of urine leakage was (5.26±2.51) g, and the control group12months after thesurgical was (8.45±2.67) g, the difference also have significant differences, P <0.05(4)The influence of biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation treatment on sexualfunction:6months after operation the study group physiological factors score in thequestionnaire of sexual quality of life was (36.8±5.4), compared with the control group(32.1±5.7) has improved significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),12months after surgery of the ratings was no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion: hysterectomy has a certain effects on the female pelvic floor function, and can lead to the occurrence of pelvic floor functional dysfunction. Biofeedbackcombined with electrical stimulation therapy is effectively in the treatment of uterusafter complete resection of pelvic floor function dysfunction, completely improve pelvicfloor muscle strength, and prevent the happening of stress urinary incontinence, toimprove the quality of sex life, prevent the occurrence of the sexual dysfunction. Thetherapy of biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation is effective, safe methodfor the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction after hysterectomy. |
