Effects Of A Complete Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation On Sexual Function After Total Hysterectomy

Objective :To investigate the effect of electric stimulation combined with biofeedback pelvic floor rehabilitation after total hysterectomy on sexual function;and to explore the most effective range of electrical stimulation parameters for different sexual dysfunction disease.Methods:We Selected 300 cases have sexual disorder patients from March2014 to June 2017,3 months after non-prolapse hysterectomy in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region People’s Hospital.The patients were instructed by professional rehabilitation physicians using USB4 series neuromuscular stimulation therapeutic instrument to conduct pelvic floor electrical stimulation,biofeedback,twice a week,15 times,a course of treatment,and at the same time were instructed to assist vaginal dumbbell comprehensive rehabilitation treatment at home,once a day,15-30 minutes each time.To observe the changes of pelvic floor muscle strength,fatigue and sexual quality and other indicators after treatment.Results: After treatment the patients of pelvic floor muscleⅠclass,pelvic floor II class,comprehensive flesh potential and quality of sexual life questionnaire score is higher than before,while pelvic floor muscle I classfatigue,pelvic floo II muscle fatigue,continuous A3 reflection exception,average weekly urine leakage times lower than before.The above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The classⅠand classⅡmuscles were subjected to 30 HZ and 50 HZ electrical stimulation in sexual desire disorder,orgasm disorder and sexual arousal disorder respectively,which can found the most effective pulse width correspondingly.Percutaneous endorphins unites Tens analgesic current for sexual pain disorders to find the most effective frequency and pulse width of electrical stimulation for 10HZ/200 us,100HZ/100 us respectively.Conclusions:Combining biofeedback,electrical timulation,vaginal dumbbell training of pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment is helpful to improve sexual dysfunction and the quality of sexual life,conducive to marital harmony.It is worthy of popularization and application,with the advantages of safe and effective,non-invasive and painless and economic feasibility.We can find the most effective range of the pulse width and frequency for the same type of sexual dysfunction,which provides a reference parameter for electric stimulation therapy.
