Obejction:Through testing the level of OPG and NT-ProBNP in plasma ofpatients with Acute Coronary Syndrome (Acute Coronary Syndrome, ACS),to studythe correlation of plasma OPG plaque stability with the change of the NT-ProBNPand coronary artery lesion severity, and to provid a theoretical basis for judging theclinical significance of OPG in patients with ACS.Methods:Collect patients from June1st,2012,to Novenber1st,2012,100cases ofACS treated in the Second Affiliate Hospital of Dalian Medical University andaccepted coronary angiography. The patients are divided into three groups inaccordance with the diagnostic criteria:20cases of healthy control group;20cases ofunstable angina;60cases of acute myocardial infarction. The patients in the study weregiven a mark with Gensini score. The plasma OPG was detected by ELISA.Collectingthe clinical data including age, sex, history of hypertention, history of diabetes, routinebiochemical indicators.Compare each group with the level of OPG and the correlationwith the Gensini score.Results:1.The level of plasma OPG of patients in acute myocardial infarctiongroup is obviously higher than that in unstable angina group and healthy control group(1230±59.10vs.950±63.68vs.830±47.46,P<0.01),the unstable angina group hadan higher plasma OPG level than the healthy control group(P<0.01).2.The level of plasma NT-ProBNP in patients with acute myocardial infarction ishigher than that of unstable angina group and healthy control group(773±194.85vs.182±79.50vs.25±10.13,P<0.01);the level of plasma NT-ProBNP in unstable anginagroup is higher than healthy control group(P<0.01).3.Correlation analysis shows that the level of plasma OPG has positive correlationwith the Gensini score(r=0.394,P<0.01);the level of plasma NT-ProBNP has on correlation with the Gensini score(r=-0.049,p=0.710);plasma OPG and plasma NT-ProBNP has no correlation(r=-0.017,P=0.895);and there is no significant difference ofthe plasma OPG level in patients with ACS before and after PCI(P=0.133);also,thedifference of plasma OPG level is not obvious in patients with unstable angina beforeand after PCI(P=0.214).Result:The patients with ACS has a high level of plasma OPG,level of plasmaOPG is closely linked with the plaque instability and the severity of coronary lesion, sowe inference it can be used as a predictor of the risk stratification of patients withACS.
