Clinical Study Of Yishenshugan Granules In The Treatment Of PSD Kidney Deficiency And Liver Stagnation Syndrome

Purpose: This topic through clinical research, by the standards of diagnosis,curative effect evaluation standard, comparing with Neurostan tablets,evaluation of the effectiveness of Yishen Shugan granule in the treatment ofpost-stroke depression, on the side of kidney deficiency and liver stagnationsyndrome of depression after stroke exactly.Method: The selected60patients, randomly divided into treatment group30cases, control group30cases. The treatment group treated with Shugan granule,one dose daily, each blunt with boiling water100ml, early half an hour afterdinner. The control group used300mg Neurostan tablets each time,3times a day,after meals half an hour oral; two group were given the medicine for stroke thesame basic treatment, two groups were thought for eight weeks. Before and aftertreatment in patients with HAMD score, TCM syndrome score, TCM therapeutic index,ADL score, NIHSS score and the changes of TCM symptoms were compared, to observewhether the effect of the two groups were different, there was statisticalsignificance.Result: To evaluate the clinical total effective rate of HAMD decreased,the total effective rate of treatment group90%, control group, the totalefficiency of73.33%, the total efficiency of two groups were compared, P<0.05,with statistical significance, the treatment group than the control group. Basedon traditional Chinese medicine curative effect index in the evaluation ofcurative effect, the total effective rate of treatment group90%, control group,the total efficiency of73.33%, the total efficiency of two groups were compared,P<0.05, with statistical significance. It shows that the treatment group issuperior to control group in improving the efficacy of Chinese medicine, in thetreatment of patients with depressed expression, irritability, slow thinking,fatigue weakness, interest, forgetful, Yaoxisuanruan, insomnia, loss ofappetite, sigh, chest tightness, lethargy, chills, urine clear long TCM symptoms,the treatment group than the control group. Conclusion: Post stroke depression kidney deficiency and liver stagnationsyndrome in the clinical application of Yishen Shugan granule treatment wasbetter than the control group. To improve the look of depression, irritability,slow thinking, fatigue weakness, interest, forgetful, Yaoxisuanruan, insomnia,loss of appetite, sigh, chest tightness, lethargy, chills, urine clear long TCMsymptoms, were superior to the control group, there were significant differences(P<0.05).
