Clinical Study On Self-made Jieyu Decoction In Treating Post-stroke Depression With Kidney Deficiency And Liver Stagnation

Objective: The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy of the self-made Jieyu formula in the treatment of post-stroke depression due to kidney deficiency and liver stagnation,to explore the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,and to preliminarily analyze the mechanism of action of the self-made Jieyu formula and evaluate its safety.Explore new ideas and methods.Methods: This study selected 70 patients who met the inclusion criteria from November 2020 to November 2021 in the Department of Encephalopathy,Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,35 cases in each.All patients were given post-stroke symptomatic treatment.For depressive symptoms,the control group was given Deanixin,and the experimental group was given self-made Jieyu Decoction on the basis of the control group for a total of 8 weeks of observation.HAMD(Hamilton Depression Scale),TCM Syndrome Score,and ADL(Activity of Daily Living Scale)were evaluated before treatment,mid-term(4 weeks)and after treatment to calculate the total effective rate and analyze the clinical efficacy.Routine,liver and kidney function were analyzed for safety and adverse reactions during drug administration were recorded.The data involved in this study were all statistically analyzed and processed using SPSS 23.0 software.Results: During this study,a total of 6 cases dropped out from the two groups,and 64 cases were finally observed.After 4 weeks,the total effective rates of TCM syndromes in the experimental group and the control group were 87.10% and 78.79%,respectively,and after 8 weeks,they were93.54% and 75.76%.After 4 weeks,the total effective rate of western medicine score between the experimental group and the control group was83.87% and 78.79%,and after 8 weeks,it was 90.32% and 84.85%.The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05),but there was no statistical improvement in the ADL scores in the two groups after 8 weeks of treatment academic differences(P>0.05).There was no statistical difference in safety indicators before and after the study(P>0.05),and no serious adverse reactions were observed in the patients during the study.Conclusion: Application of the self-made Jieyu recipe in the treatment of post-stroke depression due to kidney deficiency and liver stagnation is effective.It can effectively eliminate TCM syndromes,improve depressive symptoms,and improve the compliance of patients with medication.The drug is safe and effective,and deserves further research and promotion.
