| Purpose: Through clinical observation Ping Chuan Fang subtract the effect of treatmentin the treatment of pediatric asthma,proposed drug law asthma and provide a more effectivetreatment for the clinical research program within the rule of law in the treatment of asthnaclinical nature research.Method: By randomized controlled,100patients with bronchial asthma exacerbationwere randomly divided into observation group and the control group,50patients.Theobservation group patients were using Ping Chuan Fang treatment and the control group wereusing Qing Ke Ping Chuan Ke Li. Then we can observe symptoms,signs of improvement inthe two groups after treatment,and statistics processing of its efficacy.Result: Using Ping Chuan Fang for the treatment of asthma in children of50cases,thetotal efficiency of92%,with the control group,the total efficiency of84%.The statisticsanalyzed that the two significant differences.Conclusion: Engaged in pediatrics for mangy years,mentor professor Feng Xiao chunsummed up the experience of a lot of treatment of children with asthma,and based mechanismand incentives to pediatric asthma attack,the use of the drug treatment of children with asthmaexacerbation.flexibility in the use of drugs in the pathogenesis of asthma in children andpathogenesis characteristics compatibility featuies of traditional chinese medicine as well asthe characteristics of the insect drugs, Semen Gingkgo,Flavescens,Scorpion, SemenArmeniacae Amarum, Herba Ephedra etc. These drugs can riminish inflammation andwheeze—relieving.She also pointed out that the pathogenic wind is the main cause ofbronchial,so the selection of the scorpion,dragon of drugs.Ping Chuan Fang both summarizethe classic decoction Ding Chuan Tang,and better than Ding Chuan Tang prescriptiontreatment effecr,but also more innovations.Ping Chuan Fang chosen according to the natureand pathogenic characteristics of pathogenic wind for anti-inflammatory,to treat asthma. |
