Objective:The aim of this study is to observe the QingChangHuaShi treatment of traditional Chinese medicine clinical curative effect in the treatment of ulcerative colitis and to the improvement of the PLT, D-dimer reaction disease degree of disease index, to evaluate its role in induction and maintenance ease. Methods:Clinical trial according to the principle of contrast. The59cases diagnosed by colonoscopy with low-grade or middling ulcerative colitis were divided into TCM group (30cases) and Mesalazine group (29cases). TCM group patients was given QingChangHuaShiFang(p.o.) and GuanChangFang (enem.).The control group was given Mesalazine (5-ASA)4g/d, and then change to1.5g/d after remission. A total of12weeks. Observe the clinical efficacy, the main symptom disappeared-rates, colonoscopy and pathological efficacy, mucosal healing rate, remission rate, ESR,CRP,D-D and PLT improvement, etc. Results:Clinical trial results showed that:the clinical efficacy of TCM group was better than the Mesalazine group (P<0.05). The improvement in symptom score of TCM group was better than the Mesalazine group (P<0.05). In the three main symptoms of the UC (diarrhea、hematochezia and abdominal pain), the diarrhea and hematochezia disappearance rate of TCM group (82.8%,85.7%) was better than the Mesalazine group (58.6%,60.0%)(P<0.05). Colonoscopy efficacy and colon pathology efficacy of TCM group were both better than the Mesalazine group (P<0.05). The remission rate of TCM group (94.4%) was better than the Mesalazine group (80.0%)(P<0.05), Chinese traditional medicine group in patients with CRP, ESR, PLT were superior to improve salad oxazine group (P<0.05). But to improve the degree of D-dimer is compared between two groups (P>0.05). Cannot show Chinese traditional medicine to the improvement of the D-dimer is better than that of the salad oxazine group. Conclusion:Chinese QingChangHuaShi treatment was a effective treatment for the low-grade or middling ulcerative colitis. It has certain advantages in the symptom improvement, mucosal healing, induction of remission and relapse prevention compared with mesalazine. But compared with mesalazine we failed to find traditional Chinese medicine is superior to the beauty to the improvement of the D-dimer.
