Objective: Research the role of Hyaluronidase in improve the endometrialmorphology and thickness, improve the receptivity of the endometrial, explorehyaluronidase in improving IVF embryo implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rateof clinical significance, for clinical development of assisted reproductive technologyto provide a certain basis.Method: Select between December2009and December2012to our hospitalduring the period of the reproductive center IVF patient162cases, all patients wereunder natural cycle frozen embryo transplantation patients, aged25~35years old,before transplantation<7mm thickness of the lining, and all patients were on thethird day of the menstrual cycle start oral pentanoic acid Estradiol (Estradiol Valerate,E2)3mg/day, for5days, endometrial thickness is<7mm ultrasound monitoring.All enrolled patients with ultrasound monitoring for the same ultrasound doctors.Dismiss uterine malformation, endometriosis, high blood pressure, vaginitis, vaginalprolapse, autoimmune infertility factor, and the man factors. All the patients wererandomly divided into2groups, experimental group and control group81cases,respectively, the experimental group respectively in patients with menstrual cleanafter3days,5days,7days through the vagina will hyaluronidase3ml (80u/ml) intothe uterus; Control group patients without use drugs. At the transplant day,transvaginal ultrasound to monitor the change of the endometrial thickness.patientsand the receptivity of the uterus. After35days of transplantation, abdominalultrasound to diagnosis of clinical pregnancies.Result:1. experimental group81patients with a mean age of28.72±3.01years old, negative control group81patients with a mean age of28.56±3.05yearsold, the age groups were no significant differences (P>0.05); experimental group, the average BMI20.36±2.02, a negative control the mean BMI20.34±2.04, statisticalanalysis of patient weight groups no significant difference (P>0.05); experimentalgroup before treatment endometrial thickness was5.32±0.43mm, the control groupin the pre-treatment of uterine endometrial thickness average5.35±0.44mm, twogroups of patients before treatment, endometrial thickness was no significantdifference (P>0.05).2.Use of hyaluronidase in the experimental group after treatment comparedwith the control group, endometrial thickness thickness of the uterus, and the twogroups of patients after endometrial thickness difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3. experimental groups of clinical pregnancy rate was39.5%(32/81), thecontrol group, the clinical pregnancy rate was1.2%(1/81), the experimental groupwas significantly higher clinical pregnancy rate, the difference was statisticallysignificant (P <0.05).Conclusion: Uterine cavity using hyaluronidase can increase endometrialthickness, improve endometrial receptivity and improve thin endometrium frozenembryo transplant patients in clinical pregnancy rate.
