Along with the agingsociety gradually, the incidence of cerebrovascular disease in increase year by year,belongs to the strong professional in this field of high-risk subjects, most of thepatients, more complications and sequelae after cure, high expectations and patientsand their families. Healing effect in patients with a slight negligence or irrationaliatrogenic requirements, etc, easy to cause medical disputes.Objective:To understand the characteristics of the medical treatment in this field and in theprocess of medical disputes causes; Understand the medical staff, patients and theirfamilies in this field to cognition of medical dispute; Through questionnaire surveyand data analysis, medical disputes in this field is put forward correspondingprevention measures. The innovation point in this paper. Methods:In this paper, mainly using the method of literature reading, questionnaireanalysis and case comparison analysis. Through the library and network library accessto medical disputes in this field, medical prevention and so on related information,understanding related health status at home and abroad and the present situation ofmedical disputes in this field. Selection in January2007-December2012, shenyang ahospital cases in this field were analyzed, understand the medical disputes in this fieldtype, cause, prevention measures and so on. Combining with the consulting literature,the doctors and nurses and medical management in accordance with the specialfeatures of the medical treatment in this field, design "medical personnelquestionnaire","medical personnel and their families questionnaire"."Medicalpersonnel questionnaire" to take the method of cluster sampling in a hospital inshenyang all the medical workers in this field of investigation;"Questionnaire tomedical personnel and their families," the convenience sampling method, in October2012-February2013medical personnel and their families, the questionnaire surveyto the questionnaire content for medical disputes in this field related to cognition,attitudes, and so on and so forth.Conclusion:This study is to the doctors and patients in this field and patients’ families as the mainresearch object, for the medical disputes in this field offer reference for the preventionand solution.
