At sametime, the stitch of delivery woman anus in Shenzhen, medical drug “rebate door” inZhejiang university, etc were reported, which causes unprecedented tense medicalrelation, destroys medical discipline.Emergency is the1stwindow in medical service; it assumes rescue work forcritical patients, who require more service. There are harsher and more upset.Harmony relationship is helpful to performing rescue process smoothly, Goodcommunication can make mutual sides treat patients more positively, and moreover,doctors keep logic and continuous thinking in the nervous process. However, manynegative factors lead to more medical dispute in emergent environment than otherclinic discipline, the medical conflict turns fierce. According to the practical problemsand clinic experience, this article investigates the defense and solution of emergentdispute. Also this article summarizes initiating factors and defense tactics of medicaldispute, proposes solution measures including improving medical dispute checkupmechanism, inspiring the3rd side mediate mechanism and improving medicalliability insurance system.
