Survey On The Cognition Of1104Citizen’s Knowledge About Blood Donation Without Payment In Changchun City

Objective：Investigate the basic condition of unpaid blood donation in Changchun, analyse the reason of the unpaid blood donation and the blood donation willingness,the awareness condition of blood donation knowledge and the influencefactors of blood donation knowledge, then provide a scientific basis for the development of the work of blood donation without compensation in Changchun.Materials and methods:Using self-designed questionnaire,investigate residents in Changchun withaccidental sampling. Set questionnaire survey about the general demographiccharacteristics, behavior and the cause of the blood donation willingness to donateblood, blood donation knowledge condition and its influence factors and so on. Obtain1104valid questionnaires. The survey collected information on the basis of thedocumentation,using Epidata3.0to establish a database. If the data is correct reviewedby the logic,then use SPSS13.0for statistical analysis.Results(1) In terms of gender, more men than women in the investigated crowd;Inyears,25-44set the largest proportion,18to24and45to55years old group set thesmaller proportion; In the cultural degree, the largest number of donating blood istechnical secondary school and high school followed by college degree and above.Junior high school, and the proportion of the following qualifications is minimal. Onthe occupational structure, most freelance and the second is the student.(2) In thenumber of investigated crowd will participate in blood donation, its proportion is69.84%.Most of the reason is love and enjoy preferential blood.The most reason of not willing to donate blood is the afraid of pain, and no courage,and its proportion is34.37%.(3) Gender have significant effects on blood donation(P<0.05) and have nosignificant effects on blood donation willingness(P>0.05),and age,culture level andoccupation these three effects have significant effects on blood donation and blooddonation wil（lP<0.05）.Male,the age of25to44,senior high school, office worker andprofessioner have a high degree of blood donation.(4)Gender,age,culture level andoccupation these four effects all have significant effects on blood donation willingness（P<0.05）. Male,the age of25to44,senior high school, office worker and studentshave a high degree of blood donation willingness.(5)Gender have no significanteffects on the awareness condition of blood donation knowledge(P>0.05);age,culturallevel and occupation have significant effects on it(P<0.05),at the same time, blooddonation and blood donation willingness also have significant effects on theawareness condition of blood donation knowledge.(P<0.05).Conclusions:Most of investigated crowd are male,25-44age, degree of technical secondaryschool and high school culture and freelancers in Changchun; In the number ofresidents will participate in blood donation. The main reasons are love and enjoypreferential blood,and the most reason of not willing to donate blood is the afraid ofPain, and no courage.General degree of blood donation knowledge is56.20%. Genderhave no effects on blood donation and blood donation willingness,and age,culturelevel,occupation have effects;Age, cultural level,occupation, blood donation andblood donation willingness have effects on the awareness condition of blood donationknowledge.
