| [Objective] Constructing decoction based on the fundamental therapeutic methods of FuYangXieZhuo, through the clinical research on treating chronic renal failure, to observe its possibility, curative effect and safety.[Methods]40paitients with Yang-deficiency in spleen and kidney, blood stasis and dampness and toxin suffering CRF are divided into treatment group (FuYangXieZhuo Decoction) and control group (BaoShenPian) at random. The treatment group has18patients, and the control group has22patients, which are remedied by the same methods of modern medicine.The time for treatment is8weeks.By observing the changes of symptom scores, blood urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine (Scr), endogenous creatinine clearance rate (Ccr), red blood cell (RBC), urine protein (Pro) and urine latent biood (BLD), we make the assessment of curative effect.[Results]1. In the aspect of clinical comprehensive curative effect:the efficiency (61%) in the treatment group was higher than that (50%) in the control group (P>0.05).2. In the aspect of clinical symptoms:the efficiency (94%) in the treatment group was higher than that (55%) in the control group (P<0.05).3. In the aspect of renal function:the results between pretreatment and posttreatment each group,in the treatment group,Scr was lower than pretreatment(P>0.05),BUN was lower than pretreatment and Ccr was higher than pretreatment(P<0.05);in the control group,Scr was lower than pretreatment(P<0.05),BUN was lower than pretreatment and Ccr was higher than pretreatment(P>0.05).while compared with control group after treating,BUN of the treatment group had a significant result than the control group(P<0.05).4. In the aspect of red blood cell(RBC):the results between pretreatment and posttreatment each group,in the treatment group,RBC of posttreatment had a insignificant result than pretreatment(P>0.05);in the control group,RBC of posttreatment had a insignificant result than pretreatment(P>0.05).while compared with control group after treating,RBC of the treatment group had a insignificant result than the control group(P>0.05).5. In the aspect of urine protein(PRO) and urine latent biood(BLD):the results between pretreatment and posttreatment each group,in the treatment group,PRO and BLDof posttreatment had a insignificant result than pretreatment(P>0.05);in the control group,PRO of posttreatment had a insignificant result than pretreatment(P>0.05), BLD of posttreatment had a significant result than pretreatment(P<0.05).while compared with control group after treating, BLD of the treatment group had a insignificant result than the control group(P>0.05), PRO of the treatment group had a significant result than the control group(P<0.05)6. At the end of course of treatment after six months, one of the treatment group patients was dialysis, three of the control group were dialysis.[Conclusion]1. It s possbility to use large dose of prerared monkshood,cassia twig and ginger in the Constructing decoction, which is based on the fundamental therapeutic methods of FuYangXieZhuo.2. It’ s advantages in improving the symptoms and life standards.3. It is effective in improving the renal function and preventing dialysis. |
