Clinical Study On Method Of Of Tonifying Kidney And Soothing The Liver To Away Gall For Infertility Mergered Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis

Objective:To observe the clinical evaluation of the method of tonifying kidney and soothing the liver to away gall in treating of infertility mergered hashimoto’s thyroiditis. and to furthere explore the mechanism of action, so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment. At the same time, advocating medical staff should pay attention to thyroid function of infertility patients, in order to provide a broad way of thinking for the diagnosis and treatment of infertility.Methods:Selecting40clinical cases included in standard, all of them were treated with traditional Chinese medieine based on the Method of invigorating the kidney and and soothing the liver to away gall for2treatment courses (six menstrual cycles). After treatment in patients, it needs to observe pregnancy rate, evaluate clinical symptoms, compare to thyroid hormone and related observation antibody level, thyroid enlargement, follicle early sex hormone(T, E2, LH, FSH, PRL) level, the basal body temperature, the average diameterof the folliele ovulation and endometrium. All the data will be analyzed statistically with SPSS17.0statistical software, and the clinical curative effect be evaluated comprehensively.Results:①Clinical effects:13cases are cured, accounted for32.5%;9cases are markedly improved, accounted for25%;14cases effective, accounted for35%;4cases are invalid, accounting for10%. The total effectiveness is90%.13cases get pregnancy.The pregnancy rate is32.5%②Clinical symptoms、signs and bascal body temperature are effectivcly improve after treatment.(P<0.05)③The level of thyroid antibody titer obviously decrease, the thyroid function have improveness and swollen thyroid obviously shrink after treatment (P<0.05)④After treatment, the levels of FS、LH、PRL obviously decrease and levels of serum E2obviously increase in comparison with before treatment (P<0.05), but T without statisticaal significance(P>0.05), the endometrium and follices’diameter all increase (P<0.01)Conclusion:Hashimoto’s thyroiditis not only affect thyroid function, but also interfere with the female reproductive endocrine function and cause infertility.Thyroid function test in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility has important significance. Using the the method of tonifying kidney and soothing the liver to away gall treat infertility mergered hashimoto’s thyroiditis. Result show the method can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, reduce the thyroid antibody titer, recover abnormal hormone level, also can adjust regulate pathological condition in the immune、metabolism and nerve-endocrine. It has function of improving female reproductive function, promoting ovulation and pregnancy rate. This method has a definite therapy effect, and there is not significant side effects, it is easy to be accepted by patients.
