Objective:The medical records were collected in Jiangsu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital outpatient or hospitalization in patients with FD from April2012to January2013, fill in a clinical observation table and scale, to analyze the functional dyspepsia distribution of TCM syndrome. To intestigate the relationship between different TCM syndromes and facys such as sex, age, HP, bile reflux, Psychological factors so as to provide reference for the clinical dialectical and treatment of this disease.Methods:By means of question investigations, collected220cases of patients with functional dyspepsia, fill in a clinical observation table. Database were analyzed by SPSS19statistical software. Finally summarize the functional dyspepsia distribution of TCM syndrome.Results:The syndrome distribution of frequency is:liver-stomach disharmony type>Spleen deficiency and qi stagnation type>spleen-stomach deficiency type>liver-stomach heat type>Cold-heat jumble type>splenasthenic fluid-retention type>Stomach-yin deficiency type. Liver-stomach disharmony type is the most common type of syndrome in this disease, accounting for60%of the total.liver-stomach heat type and Spleen deficiency and qi stagnation type often occur in males. Liver-stomach disharmony type often occur in all age groups, especially in young age group. Stomach-yin deficiency type is the most rare type of syndrome in all age groups. Liver-stomach heat type, Cold-heat jumble type and splenasthenic fluid-retention type are often found in HP positive group. Liver-stomach disharmony type and liver-stomach heat type are often with bile reflux. Liver-stomach disharmony type, liver-stomach heat type and Spleen deficiency and qi stagnation type are common with symptoms of depression, liver-stomach disharmony type is often with symptoms of inquietude.Conclusion:The reseach showed that sex, age, HP, bile reflux, Psychological factors have significant relationship with TCM syndrome distribution. Liver-stomach disharmony type is the most common type of syndrome in this disease. In the treatment of strengthening the spleen and stomach at the same time, replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen is also very important.
