PurposeTo observe the curative effect of dexamethasone combined with ginkgo leafextract and dipyridamole injection in Acute Pancreatitis (AP).Methods1.Collection of the84patients with acute pancreatitis in2010October-2013year in May in Tai’an Central Hospital digestion internal medicine, the generalcondition of patients, clinical symptoms, past medical history, disease eriology, diagnosis and treatment through such a detailed inquiries, investigations andrecorded.2.According to the principles of randomized control, the patients were randomlydivided into A/B/C/D group: group A received conventional treatment (n=21), groupB were given dexamethasone (n=21), group C were treated with ginkgo leaf extractand dipyridamole (n=21), group D used dexamethasone combined with ginkgo leafextract and dipyridamole (n=21). Four groups of patients were given conventionaltreatment: fasting, gastrointestinal decompression, maintain water and electrolytebalance, Proton pump inhibitor PPI inhibits the secretion of gastric acid, inhibit thepancreatic secretion and infection and other treatment. Group Bbased on theconventional treatment, giving5%glucose solution250ml adding dexamethasone30mg, once a day, intravenous drip. Group C based on the conventional treatmentgiving5%glucose solution500ml adding Ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamoleinjection30ml, once a day, intravenous drip. Group D based on the conventionaltreatment, giving dexamethasone30mg adding into5%glucose solution250ml andGinkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection30ml adding into5%glucose solution250ml, once a day, intravenous drip slowly. Observe and compare the four groups ofpatients with symptoms, abdominal signs disappeared time, serum amylase, changes of white blood cell count, the incidence of complications, motality, length of stayand record the patients were treated with1,3,5days in the Ranson Score.ResultsAfter treatment, serum amylase was significantly lower than the control groups(group A, B,C), white blood cell count normal time was significantly lower than thecontrol group, the incidence of complications was siginificantly lower than thecontrol group (P<0.05) and shorten the days of hospitalization (P<0.05).ConclusionThe adjuvant therapy of dexamethasone combined with ginkgo leaf extract anddipyridamole is better than the coventional group and single dexamethasone/ginkgoleaf extract and dipyridamole in Acute pancreatitis (AP).
