FTS (fast track surgery) is a series of optimization of perioperation period measures:the use of including no preoperative routine mechanica bowel preparation, continuous epidural anesthesia, micro invasive early feeding technique, postoperative and ambulation, through collaboration of anesthesia, surgical, nursing and other disciplines,to reduce patients trauma operation and the operation stress. In this study,we collected123cases of complicated abdominal operation patients from December2012to July2013,respectively by fast track surgery scheme and the contrast scheme, study on preoperative sensory, postoperative exhaust defecation time, the incidence of complications, postoperative clinical index, hospitalization time, with the two groups of patients.AimTo investigate the safety and superiority of application of the FTS therapy in patients in peri operation period who undergoing complicated abdominal operation.Methods123patients that undergoing gastric、colorectal and liver operation patients were randomly divided into FTS group63cases and control group60cases. FTS group used rapid rehabilitation surgeryperi operation period scheme under the guidance of the concept, including sufficient preoperative education, shorten preoperative fasting time, without mechanical bowel preparation, continuous epidural anesthesia, not routine indwelling gastric tube and drainage tube, early postoperative feeding, early ambulation, the control group used the traditional treatment scheme. Two groups were treated by laparoscopicoperation. Observed two groups of patients before feeling, postoperative exhaust defecation time, postoperative clinical examination index, hospital stay, cost of hospitalization, postoperative complications, readmission rate were controlled study.ResultsCompared with the traditional solutions group, FTS decreased preoperative thirst、hunger (P<0.05), shorten theexhaust and defecate time after operation (P<0.05), shorten the duration of hospitalization (P<0.05),decreased the expenses of hospitalization (P<0.05), alleviated the trauma and stress response, reduced the pulmonary infection rate (P<0.01), reduced the overall complications, but FTS readmission rate was slightly higher than that of the traditional group, but no statistical significance (P>0.05).ConclusionThe concept of FTS compared with the traditional scheme for complicated abdominaloperation is safe and effective, using FTS can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, relieve patients operation trauma and stress, reduce thepulmonary infection and urinary tract infection, can not increase the occurrence of digestive tract fistula, gastrointestinal bleeding and other serious complications, shorten the days of hospitalization, reduce the cost of hospitalization; surgical treatment of FTS reduce the pain of perioperation period, promote the rehabilitation after operation.
