Teaching mode refers to a certain philosophy of education and educational theory logical framework for the completion of a teaching task and a relatively stable structure of specific teaching activities. Technical education vocational education is a very important part in China. However, the gap between technical education and vocational education in the current system of vocational education is big and their authorities are also different, higher vocational education which belongs to the Ministry of Education management, can get a degree after vocational qualifications education, but technical education which belongs to man DESA management is a non-degree based vocational education. Pharmaceutical professional technical vocational education is more popular and higher specialty. With the rapid development of the pharmaceutical industry and deep understanding that enterprise capacity is more important than academic, our current education in pharmacy technician mode of education, curriculum, teaching content, teaching methods have not keep up with social needs and business requirements, so that modular teaching career has become the mainstream of educational reform. This paper proposes a professional mechanic for the pharmaceutical colleges teaching mode referring to excellent professional education of domestic and foreign education model and aiming at Shandong Medical Technician College teaching reform process to establish a professional mechanic education system to resolve the current pharmaceutical education problems that teaching can’t keep up with the business needs, students’ comprehensive quality is poor and employability is low.The thesis consists of four chapters. The first chapter is an introduction which began to raise questions and clarify the background of this research situation at home and abroad, followed by introduction of this thesis contents, methods and innovations. The current good results achieved in vocational education teaching model are analyzed in Chapter Ⅱ, followed by describing and comparatively analyzing the foreign mainstream vocational teaching and domestic better repercussions teaching mode. In chapter Ⅲ the pharmacy professional emulation modular teaching system from layer to layer was elaborated combining teaching practice in Shandong Medical Technician College. And a new teaching system was established, based on the actual situation of Shandong Medical Technician College and particularity of pharmaceutical professional education, elaborated from the training base construction, skills module established from layer to layer teaching model management. The final chapter describes the effects and problems of the implementation of the teaching system. The innovation of the paper:1. Learned the advantages of cluster modular teaching, building a simulated business environment teaching mode, breaking the traditional teaching methods, academic and examination system, constructed teaching systems of pharmaceutical professional mechanic training.(2) Modular teaching system was constructed through researching production line of the actual situation in many pharmaceutical industries, which was in line with the principles of practical enough to refine the skills training modules, breaking traditional teaching mode. The teaching model was test in the part of the major students in Shandong Medical Technician College. Survey data showed that students were more active to learn and more proficient of knowledge and skills and personal management has obviously improved. What’s more, the enrollment and employment status have a certain degree of optimization and improvement due to the students’ overall quality improved.
