The Observation Of GnRHa Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine Kuntai Capsule And GnRHa Draw-back Therapy In The Clinical Efficacy Of Endometriosis

Objective:To evaluate the effect and of GnRHa combined with traditional Chinese medicine Kuntai Capsule and GnRHa draw-back therapy on sex hormone,hypoestrogenic symptoms,painsin the treatment of patients with endometriosis.To investigate a new regimen of endometriosis and provide a useful and convenient treatment strategy in women with endometriosis.Methods:In2010January-2012year in January to visit Zaozhuang City Maternal and Child Health Hospital of60patients with endometriosis were treated by laparoscopic operation, diagnosis and rAFS stage III Ⅳ stage, and the Department of operation treatment for1months, were randomly divided into combined treatment group (group A)、GnRHa group (group B) and draw-back therapy group (group G).3.75mg triptorelin deep intramuscular injection for third days or first days of the menstrual cycle in A group after operation, every28days for1times, a total of6injections.At the same time, from the second of injection, start oral Kuntai Capsule, to the end of treatment. Group B had3.75mg.Group G after operation third days or first days menstrual cycle to1.875mg triptorelin deep intramuscular injection, injection every28days for1times, a total of6injections. All subjects were studied before and after treatment VAS pain score and Kupperman score, and extracts were determined in peripheral blood FSH and E2levels, follow-up recovery of menstruation, and VAS pain score Result:56patients completed the trail.At the end of each treatment, the level of serum FSH, E2in both group declined significantly compared with the baseline(P<0.01).;the level of serum E2in group G higher than that in group A (P>0.05);and the level of serum FSH in group G was lower than that in group A.Symptoms in patients with significant pain reduction, the value of VAS in both group decreased significantly remaining till menstruated reduction of low estrogen symptoms are relatively light, and a low incidence of hot flushes, medication during the E2level in patients in the estrogen treatment window, the combination group the pain decreased lower than the average level of E2draw-back group.Conclusion:GnRHa use after January can appear low estrogen symptoms, combined with traditional Chinese medicine has the activity of estrogen can alleviate the symptoms of menopause, effective treatment. GnRHa reduction treatment can make the patients with amenorrhea, and its inhibitory effect on estrogen is relatively weak and the low estrogen symptoms, so as to improve the quality of life of patients.
