Object:To evaluate the Application Status and value of Ultrasound-guided Vacuum-assisted Breast Biopsy in the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease.Methods:By collecting the clinical data of breast clinic, outpatient surgery and inpatient surgery in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University between September2009and November2012, retrospective review of1149cases using the Ultrasound-guided Vacuum-assisted Breast Biopsy.And evaluate the Application Status of Ultrasound-guided Vacuum-assisted Breast Biopsy in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University.Results:From September2009to November2012,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University Breast Surgery total outpatient serviced for37,402people,including breast lumps19601cases, lumpectomy2624cases:hospitalized open surgery1058cases, outpatient open surgery417cases, Ultrasound-guided Vacuum-assisted Breast Biopsy1,149cases, accounting for43.79%of all surgical patients. Pathological examination found17cases of breast cancer, accounting for1.48%of the total sample size; the benign1,132cases,98.52%of the total sample size.17cases of breast cancer,10cases of malignant cells were found in the radical resection of specimens. The result turns out that the Ultrasound-guided Vacuum-assisted Breast Biopsy has a potential value of breast-conserving surgery.23cases of postoperative hematoma,2cases of incising surgical field debride and hemostasia,and as for the rest, core needle phlebotomised in the early postoperative and external applied of Chinese medicine in the late postoperative.4cases of hematoma could not subsided and formed fibrous hematoma, and two months later removed the excess hematoma using the Ultrasound-guided Vacuum-assisted Breast Biopsy.87cases of subcutaneous congestion and bruising,were all given local application of traditional Chinese medicine Qili San,and the symptoms subsided in a month.3cases of skin damage,were all sutured at the beginning of surgery, and found no partial or whole breast infected. After3months, ultrasonic reviewed, mass residual38cases, the residual rate of3.3%.CONCLUSION:Ultrasound-guided Vacuum-assisted Breast Biopsy can completly remove the breast lump quickly and safely, and also has a certain aesthetic value.43.79%of patients using this surgery, the actual situation is a big gap with foreign reports, in line with China’s national conditions of developing countries.
