Objective:To analyze the risk factors that lead to non-contact anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries, and provide a theoretical basis for the prevention of the ACL injury.Method:177cases of staff with Non-contact ACL injuries between March2002to December2011were evaluated retrospectively, and the injury mechanism and injury scenarios, footwear and occurred ground, BMI, estrogen levels, and whether it have any pre-exercise or warm-up were evaluated, to elucidated the biomechanical risk factors, external environmental risk factors, internal risk factors, neuromuscular risk factors of ACL injury. Results:There were70cases of military training injuries,67cases of basketball sports with the highest proportion accounted (77.6%totally). There were116cases knee valgus,30cases of knee hyperextension,21cases of deceleration, and10cases of rotation. There are101(56.9%) cases occurred in plastic ground with the highest proportion accounted (plastic field, grass, sand, mud, concrete floor). There are37cases of wearing sports shoes (20.7%),125cases of rubber-soled shoes with the highest proportion comparing with other types of shoes (70.6%). The overweight take the first place of116cases in BMI subgroup (underweight, health, overweight, obesity). The occurrence of injuries was usually around of ovulatory. In the survey of neuromuscular factors, there are170cases (96.5%) did not have professional pre-exercise or warm-up exercise. Conclusion:Knee valgus position, larger shoe-surface interaction, higher BMI index, estrogen levels increased, and there are no pre-exercise or warm-up related to the incidence of ACL injury. In these risk factors, only neuromuscular risk factors can be controlled.
