The value of macrofungi was more and more favored by researchers in recentyears.Well-known is the edible fungi.In order to develope the edible fungiindustry,first of all we have to understand the wild fungi resources inShanDong Province,to develope the various varieties adaptable for ShanDong’sclimate.In this paper,macrofungi reserve is investigated in ShanDongProvince,the results showed that:1.In this study,we use the traditional taxonomy methods to identify eachMacrofungi.Firstly we will record about its pileus color,shape,presenceor absence of scales,the shape of scales,gill color,stipe color,shape,presence or absence of scales and shapes;veil color,ring color and thelocation of the stipe and fruiting body size;secondly throughmicroexamination,spore,cyst,trama of shape,color are recorded.The resultsshowed that the67species belong to24families49genera.There are4kindsof as new records in shandong province. There are Guepinia(1species)、Calocera(1species)、Hymenochaete(1species)、Clavaria(1species)、Ramaria(1species)、Cantharellus(1species)、Stereum(1species)、Merulius(1species)、Abortiporus(1species)、Cerrena(1species)、Coltricia(1species)、Coriolus(Polystictus)(1species)、Fomitopsis(1species)、Grifola(1species)、Hirschioporus(2species)、Irpex(1species)、Laetiporus(1species)、Perenniporia(1species)、Trametes(4species)、Tyromyces(1species)、Ganoderma applanatum(1species)、Ganodermae(1species)、Agaricochaete(1species)、Boletellus murr(1species)、Strobilomyces(1species)、Boletus(3species)、Suillus(1species)、Xerocomus(1species)、Laccaria(1species)、Marasmius(3species)、Mycena(1species)、Nyctalis (1species)、Tricholomopsis(1species)、Agaricus(3species)、Leucocoprinus(1species)、Psathyrella(1species)、Crepidotus(1species)、Inocybe(1species)、Agrocybe(1species)、Bolbitius(1species)、Amanita(2species)、Lactarius(2species)、Russula(4species)、Linderiella(1species)、Phallus(3species)、Clathrus(1species)、Scleroderma(1species)、Geastrum(1species)、Lycoperdon(2species)。2.Macrofungi in ShanDong Province were investigated andindentified.There are67species.According to their economic values,theycan be divided into four groups:9edible species,9medicinal species,20bothedible and medicinal species,1poisonous species.There are28species itseconomic value is still not sure. The ecological enviroment and distributionwere also briefly described.3.The flora of macrofungi of ShanDong Province is primarily analyzed inthis paper.The result showed that the dominant families are Polyporaceae、Tricholomataceae、Russulaceae;while the dominant genera are Trametes、Russula、Boletus、Marasmius、Agaricus、Phallus. According to the geographicalelements,North temperate elements are the typical distributioncharacteristics of the region.Phylloporia fungi were systematic pharmacognostical researched from thecharacter、microstructure and molecular biology aspects in shandong regionfor the first time in this paper. Phylloporia crataegi L.W. Zhou&Y.C. Dai、Phylloporia fontanesiae L.W. Zhou&Y.C. Dai and Phylloporia lonicerae L.C.Xu.sp.nov specimen were collected, pictures taken to identify the character.The spore and hyphae of the strains were recorded through light microscopicidentification. Extracted DNA and using universal primers by DNA for the PCRamplification and the augmented product after purification for ITS sequencingto identify strains from molecular gene level and to explain the interspecificdifferences.
