| Taonan city located at the North of Jilin provice,and Chinese traditional medicines in there were researched systematically by the fourth census of the Chinese traditional medicine resources. We hadfound a kind of wild fiugus resources which could be seen everywhere butits value was unknown,and the chemical compositions, safety evaluation, pharmacological action and technology of domesticating cultivation were studied.The first part was a review which described the data of traditional Chinese medicine resourcesnational and in Taonan: city by checking data,and reviewed the chemical compositions,phamacological action and techology of domesticating coltivation on the genera and related species of Funalia frogii.The second part had six experiments that were research of traditional Chinese medicine in Taonan; Determination on the content of inorpgric element and crule polysaccharide of Funalia frogii; Extraction,isolation and identification on chemical component of Funaliatrogii;Study on anti-tumor activity of Hn tumor beating mice of Funaliatrogii;Study on thetechnologr of domesticating cultivation of Funaliatrogii.1, In order to master the local wild resource, investigte the diversity and put forward reasonable sugge stions to the development and utilization of traditional Chinese medicine resour ces that this study used GPS together with sample-plot survey to research the traditinal Chinese medicine resoufces of Jilin province Taonan city. We had collected and identified 235 kinds of wild medicinal plants which belonged 49 families by field investigating in Tacnan city, and there were 41 kinds of state key species belonged 29 families;139 kinds of normal species belonged 34 families; 41 kinds of provincial key species belonged 29 families, 14 kinds of provincial secondary key species belonged 8 families.And collecting a kind of wild medical strain which was large for next study.2.Through the study on morphological morphological characteristics of the wild medical strain from Taonan,and sequencing by ITS,using the GenBank LBAST (http:www.ncbi.rici.nltn.gow/) for comparing. The result showed that the wild medical strain was the numbers of Funalia Basidiomycota,Agaricomycotina,Agaricomycetes,Polyporales. Polyporales,Polyporaceae.3, The content of inorgaiic element and crude polysaccharide in Funaliatrogii fruiti ng body was researched forvahe of nutrition and safety.The result showed that the content of crude polysaccharide was 7.82±1.28%. and the content of inorganic element showed that this strain had some medical effects.4, The chemical constituent of funalia trogii was analyzed,and ientified 5kinds of new chemical constituents in body: 1-methyl-18-ethyl-9-en-1,18-diester,24R-5α,8α-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3β-d、9,12-octadecadienoic acid,methylester、Tetra cosanoicacid、22E,24R-ergosta-7,22-dien-3β-ol. The analysis of GC-MS in petrolenm ether extraction of Funaliatrogii showed that 28 kind of compounds like Ergosta-5,24(28)-dien-3-ol、Stigmasterol、pregna-4,16-diene-3,30-dione and Pregna-4,16-diene-3,20-dione.5,The anti-tumor activity of different extracts inchiding petroleum ether extract,methylene chloride extract, ethyl acetate extract, methanol extract and water extract from fruiting body ofFunaliatrogii was screened in this paper by establishing tumor bearing mice model. The inhibition ration,body weight,thymis index,spleen inedx,liver index,kidiney index in H tiumor beatin mice were analyzed;the histopathologic changes of tumor,spleen and kidney were observed and the content of IL-3,IL-4,IFN-y and TNF-α in blood serum of the H tumor bearing mice were detected. The results showed that all the extract showed obvionsly anti-tumor activity.The anti-tumor activity of moderate dose (1000my/kg) of ethyl acetate extract had the best effect and siginificant difference(P<0.01) compared with the control group,also the content of IL-2 in the serum of H tumor bearing mice in the group was increased sigrificartly.At the.same time,the tumorcells were observed by HE staining,and the recosis area was found in thetumor of the ethyl acetate extract group which further proved the anti-tumor activity of the extract.6, Thuongh the study on the ecological characteristics from Funaliatrogii,find high survival rate,low demand growth conditions.Based on the single factor experiment to the temperature, proportion to fementation and humidity were screene.The last through orthogonal experinent selected the largest straw utilization.The fastest fermentation conditions,and first by solid-state fementation produce from the fiuiting bodies of Funaliatrogii.The test results that From the fruiting body of Funaliatrogii of optimal culture conditions:straw: poplan=5.5,Ratio of material to water 2:5,temperature35℃。... |
