Clinicdl Research An Acupuncture Combined With Yijinjing Training For The Teratment Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

Objective: This study mainly through the observation of acupuncturecombined with yijinjing training and pure acupuncture in the treatment oflumbar intervertebral disc herniation(LIDH) by means of Chinese Version ofOswestry Dysfunction Index (CODI), Pain Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) and therecurrence1month after the case,thus to confirm the therapeutic effectsof acupuncture group in the treatment of LIDH and the prevention of recurrencerole of yijinjing training, and attempted to find out the mechanism ofyijinjing.Methods:64patients with LIDH were randomly divided into two groups,in which acupuncture combined with yijinjing training group (hereinafterreferred to as the test group) in32cases,pure acupuncture group (hereinafterreferred to as the control group of) in32cases. Observation the CODI andVAS changes before and after1month’s treatment,and compare the differencebetween the two groups. The patients were followed-up for1months by CODIand VAS and compares their differences.Results: The CODI and VAS before and after the test were significantlyimprovement of the two groups, and there is no obvious difference betweenthem,thus confirming the treatment effect of acupuncture.1months afterthe test, the CODI and VAS of test group is obviously superior to controlgroup, thus confirms that yijinjing training has the role of preventionrecurrence.Conclusion: Two methods of treatment, all can relieve patients’ pain, lumbar disc prolapse lumbar dysfunction, and there is no significantdifference. VAS and CODI but in long-dated curative effect: the test groupis lower than the control group, it can be seen in preventing recurrence ofthis aspect, combined with the yi jin jing method better training effect.
