Research On The Correlation Between The Difference Of Glucocorticoid Sensitivity Henoch-schonlein Purpur Nephritis And Syndrome Type Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In Children

Objective：Based on TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment with prednisonetreatment，65cases of purpura nephritis in children of observation， analyze thecharacteristics of the TCM syndrome type distribution，and discuss its relevance to theglucocorticoid sensitivity.Method：65cases of children with all use the doctor of traditional Chinese medicinesyndrome differentiation and treatment with prednisone treatment， according to the childis sensitive to glucocorticoid or not，divided into the observation group A(Glucocorticoidsensitive group) and the observation group B(Glucocorticoid is not sensitive group)，analyze the characteristics of the TCM syndrome type distribution，and discuss itsrelevance to the glucocorticoid sensitivity.Result：1.46cases of children with purpura nephritis is sensitive toprednisone，19cases is not sensitive to prednisone.2. For high-risk aged6~12years old，Damp and hot folder stasis syndrome，qi deficiency and blood stasissyndrome，Yin deficiency and clip stasis，wind hot clip stasis，blood heat clipstasis respectively32.31%，30.77%，16.92%，12.31%，16.92%。3. Inhormone sensitive group，mean age is respectively (6.91±2.05) years old，and averagetime of kidney damage is respectively (5.18±3.87) months，and Deficiency of clip stasissyndrome is the most.4. In the hormone group is not sensitive， mean age is respectively （8.79±3.07） years old，and average time of kidney damage is respectively(8.08±6.87) months，and damp and hot folder stasis syndrome， yin deficiencyfolder stasis syndrome is in the majority.Conlusion： Purpura nephritis of children develops in school age.And hot and humidfolder stasis syndrome is the most common.Glucocorticoid is not sensitive people accounted for29.23%. Glucocorticoidsensitivity with age， the onset of kidney damage， TCM syndrome type. Children withdeficiency of clip stasis to glucocorticoid sensitivity is relatively high， and blood stasissyndrome， damp and hot clip Yin clip stasis license relatively low sensitivity to theglucocorticoid.
