| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of warming Yang and promoting diuresis,invigorating spleen and kidney and activating blood with A combination of Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of frequently relapsing nephrotic syndrome(FRNS),and explore the mechanism of TCM therapy of FRNS,so as to reduce the side effects caused by Western medicine treatment using on nephrotic syndrome and improve the clinical efficacy.Explore new ideas for the treatment of FRNS.Methods: Referring to the understanding of ancient Chinese medicine doctors and modern western medicine on children’s nephrotic syndrome(NS),combined with the clinical experience of tutors,60 cases were divided into 2 groups randomly from the angle of invigorating the spleen and kidney,warming yang and promoting diuresis and activating blood circulation.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese and Western medicine,the matched group was treated with Western medicine treatment.The treatment group received 30 cases,the mathed group received 30 cases,The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,The mathed group was treated with glucocorticoid alone.On this basis,the curative effect of six flavored rehmannia pill combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of FRNS was observed,and the recurrence of children with FRNS in half a year was statistically analyzed.The time of treatment was 12 weeks.After 12 weeks,the efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.The evaluation criteria included clinical symptoms and related clinical indicators.Result:(1)Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score(1)The single symptom score of Chinese medicine:The treatment group and the mathed group were compared before and after treatme,in the Primary symptom such as general edema,pallor,Whiteness,extreme chilliness,food less anorexi,and minor symptom such as fatigue and Heavy body trapped;the two groups were effective(p<0.05)after treatment,but the treatment group was better than the mathed group after treatment(P<0.05).(2)Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome: 19 cases were clinically controlled in the treatment group,7 cases were markedly effective,2 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,and the effective rate was 93.3%.In the mathed group,5 cases were clinically controlled,5 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective,10 cases were ineffective,and the effective rate was 66.7%.After treatment,the improvement of symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in the mathed group(P<0.05).(2)The total curative effect of Western medicine:25 cases completely was relieved in the treatment group,2 cases was significantly relieved,3 cases is without relief,the effective rate was 90%,in the mathed group,18 cases was completely relieved,4cases was significantly relieved,3 cases is without relief,the effective rate was73.3%,The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),The curative effect of treatment group is better than that of control group。(3)The correlation observation index: after treatment,the two groups were compared in the 24 hours urine protein quantitative,Plasma albumin(ALB),Triglycerides(TG)and cholesterol(TC),blood coagulation function and Urea nitrogen(BUN)and creatinine(Cr)(P<0.05).After treatment,All the above indicators showed is significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the mathed group(P< 0.05).(4)the number of recurrence of renal disease: the number of recurrence within six months,the treatment group were less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion:Compared with western medicine alone,the combination of Chinese and Western medicine is more effective in the treatment of children with Frequent Relapse Nephrotic syndrome.It can obviously relieve clinical symptoms,reduce urine protein,improve the curative effect of hypoproteinemia,hyperlipidemia and hypercoagulability,and reduce the recurrence rate. |
