Urine And Stool Tongli Soup Use For The Clinical Research Of Hemorrhoids Postoperative

Objective: This study aims to observe through oral Urine and Stool Tongli soup topromote the normal discharge of stool and urine,and alleviate hemorrhoids postoperativecomplications, to explore a traditional Chinese medicine to relieve hemorrhoidspostoperative treatment of adverse reactions and complications.Methods: Met the inclusion criteria60cases of Hemorrhoids postoperative patientsdivided into two groups: With anorectal postoperative routine treatment, includeingproviding after to the sitz bath of Chinese medicine, dressing change with Jiuhua cream.The treatment group (30cases) were given Urine and Stool Tongli soup oral, the daybefore the surgery began taking, treatment for7days. If the control group (30cases)patienthad urinary excretion difficult to give lower abdominal hot compress or urethralcatheterization; If the patient had move bowels impassability to anal plug with GlycerolEnema; If the patient was pain to give loxoprofen sodium with oral; If the patient had analstraining feeling to give Gentiana tablets oral; If the patient had Edema to give Aescuvenforte Tables oral; symptomatic treatment can be based on the amount of bleeding.According to the standard to fillthe day of surgery and the postoperative1-5days of theurine and stool, pain, edema, and anal straining feeling, bleeding score in "the table ofHemorrhoids postoperative clinical observation".Results: Clinical research has shown that continuous medication7days, two groupsof comprehensive curative effect analysis of significant differences between the two groups(P <0.05), treatment group total effective rate was96.7%.Control group total effective ratewas86.7%. The treatment group was better than control group, the treatment group onpromoting normal stool and urine discharge, prevention and treatment of the pain, edema, and anal straining feeling, bleeding was better than control group, there were significantdifferences (P <0.05).Conclusion: While oraling Urine and Stool Tongli soup can promotes normal stooland urine discharge, can ease the pain, edema, and anal straining feeling, bleeding andother complications.
