Purpose Based on psychogenic diseases theory, this report aims to discuss therelationship between depression and dysthesia and peripheral facial paralysis to providetheoretical direction for further study at the effect of emotions to Peripheral facialparalysis.Method Clinical research method respondents fill in facial paralysis questionnaire inself-reported manner and conducted by the staff of quality control,including basic data,thedepression scale,dysthesia scale and life events scale. Epidata2.0is adopted to establishthe data base,then use SPSS17.0statistical software package for data statistics. This studyincluded212cases of patients, General data uses the basic statistical analysis anddescription; Measurement data: compared with t test between the two groups; Comparedwith single factor analysis of variance between groups, following with two more; Countdata using X2test.Results1.The analysis of demographic statistics: patients with different age groupsreach a significant level in the scores of the depression scale and dysthesia scale.The scoresof the two scales of mental disorder over30is much higher than the patients below30.Thescores of the patients with different degree in the he depression scale and dysthesia scaledon’t reach a reach a significant level.2.The comparison of population between the degreeof gloomy and dysthesia of peripheral facial paralysis patients: There are13.3%of therespondents depressed in moderate or above degree and there are16.0%of respondents beagitated in moderate or above degree.Six of all patients reaches the two levels both.3.Thecorrelation analysis of Life Events Scale:With the different life events stimulating acceptedby the Patients with different age groups,th modern stimulate produced is also different,indicating age is intermediary variable; There are positive correlation between theextent of the two states and negative life stimulating events,accounting for6.1%of thetotal cases.4. The comparison between the two groups: there is significant difference in thedegree of depression and dysphoria of the patients from the observation group and thecontrol group.Conclusion1.The state of depression and dysphoria have certain influence in theoccurance of part patients of peripheral facial paralysis,but not the essential condition;Ageis the affecting factor in the degree of mental disord of the patients of the eripheral facialparalysis.2.life events has a significant role in indicating psychogenic related diseases.3.The patients of the peripheral facial paralysis in the observation group have more obviousemotional psychological factors,indicating that we should take the targeted psychologicalintervention into consideration in addition to the attention to the body treatment.
