Objective To explore the influence factors of left-cardiac function withpostoperative prognosis in total anomalous pulmonary venous connectionpatients. Methods Analyzed68total anomalous pulmonary venous connectionpatients which were hospitalized from2010.01-2013.01retrospectively.Results all the patients were operated, and6patients dead that included4patients underweight5kg.2patients were neonates. If LAD<75%,there isstatistical significance between group Death and group Live, while theΔD%,EF,SV did not be proven the difference in prognosis. Conclusion there was good prognosis for total anomalous pulmonaryvenous connection patients. LAD is the influence factor for the postoperativedeath. |
