Research On The Influence Of Implementing The Essential Medicine System In Chongqing On The Rational Use Of Drugs

The design and implementation of the national essential medicinesystem aims to promote the rational use of drugs. Of pre-essential medicinesystem due to the lack of implementation efforts, effective organizationalsecurity and means of implementation and other reasons, making thesystem long-term stagnation in the selection, the formulation andadjustment phase of the essential medicine list.The effect is very not ideal.In recent years，there are also a lot of problems in clinical medication，outstanding performance in the abuse of antibiotic， hormone andintravenous infusion.The phenomenon of irrational use of drugs isuniversal but seriously harmful，both patients and doctors are responsiblefor it. Therefore, combining the above two aspects to research,and discusshow to improve national essential drug system to promote clinical rationaldrug use is particularly necessary and important.In this paper, by using the method of literature and empiricalresearch,and stratified random sampling the grassroots medical and healthinstitutions of the7districts from Chongqing’s "one circle and two wings"as samples, the residents and medical personnel whose relevant subjective cognition about two aspects of the essential medicine system and rationaldrug use were investigated, and the results were statistically analyzed,combined with objective data as well as the depth interview results to therelevant leaders and responsible persons, and found that the implementationof the system to promote rational drug use in safety, economy, fairness. Butthere are also problems of basic drugs less variety, high purchase price，delivery is not timely and so on. So the countermeasures and suggestionssuch as the appropriate supplementary, reasonable pricing and the guaranteedelivery etc are given in the paper,in order that we can perfect the systemconstruction so as to promote the improvement of the level of rational druguse.
