Endometrial carcinoma is one of the most common female genital malignancies and can be diagnosed by endometrial biopsy as some symptoms in early stage for patients and be treated in time. Therefor, the overall prognosis is favorable and the 5-year survival rate exceeds 90%. It is also divided into endometroid and non-endometroid by biological behavior and pathologic characteristics; Operation is the primary treatment modalits, plus adjuvant radiotherapy, chemotherapy and hormonal treatment depending on surgico-pathologic risk factor. To enhance outcome of therapy, Immunotherapy is added on the basis of synthetic therapy.
