Objective:To research the relationship between hs-CRP and microalbuminuria in type2diabetes mellitus patients with the presence of acute myocardial infarction.Materials and methods:100hospitalized patients of type2diabetes mellitus wereselected for this research.50of them who were admitted for the onset of actuemyocardial infarction were marked as goup I and the others who were relativelystable with no history of coronary artery disease were marked as group II.Basicinformation as gender,age,body weight, height,blood pressure,of them were taken andthey went through the tests of serum hs-CRP,urinary albumin,fasting glucose,glycatedhemoglubin A1c,triglyceride,total cholesterol,high density cholestrol lipoprotein,lowdensity lipoprotein,creatinine,Apolipoprotein A and Apolipoprotein B.Another50individuals who came for a routine physicl examination were selected as the controlgroup.Results:There is on significant difference about the basic information among the threegroups except that the BMI in group I was higher than that in the conrol group.SBP、DBP、FBG、HbA1c、CREA、TG、HDL、LDL、CRP and MAU of group I was differentfrom those of the other groups,p<0.01.FBG、HbA1c、TG、HDL、CRP and MAU ofgroup II was different from those of the control group.Pearson analysis showed that ingroup I MAU was correlated with FBG,p<0.05,and SBP、DBP、HbA1c、TG、LDL、CRP,p<0.01.MultiPle stepwiseregression turned out that LDL、HbA1c、SBP were riskfacters for MAU.Hs-CRP was correlated with BMI (p<0.05),SBP、DBP、FBG、HbA1c、TG、LDL(p<0.01).MultiPle stepwise regression showed that MAU、FBG、LDL and HbA1c were the risk facters.Conclution:1,Hs-CRP and MAU were correlated with HbA1c、LDL,which would suggest that impaired regulation of blood glucose and lipid might cause inflammaion.2,MAU is the risk factor of hs-CRP. Endothelial dysfunction could trigger the processof inflammation.3,T2DM patients who were suffering from AMI got a more severe state of glucoseand lipid metabolism disorder.4,Hs-CRP and MAU were elevated in T2DM patients with AMI. Moniter of urinealbumin and hs-CRP is of prospective value in T2DM patients.
