With the development of social and science, large-scale precision analytical instruments are getting higher and higher. Requirements need more improvement on the pre-treatment, and it is imperative to establish a simple, rapid, accurate and can synchronize multiple toxicants enrichment and separation sample processing method. The pre-treatment of the extracted material become the new trend of the development of the sample preparation method. This thesis established a new nano-extraction materials-amino beads, and also can be used in the drugs, the Anmin sedative drugs and pesticides extraction analysis.First of all, the condition of extracts is optimized in this paper. The observations, which are the pH value of aqueous solution, strength of extract, the dosage of eluent, are mainly examined. The tranquillizer, for instant, is analyzed in the condition of aqueous solution. Three kinds of pH values that are pH4.0, pH7.0, pH8.0are analyzed individually. The recovery rate can be83%when the pH value of aqueous solution is pH8.0. At a neutral pH value which is7.0, the recovery rate can be78%. When the pH value is acidic4.0, the recovery rate is only36%. Therefore, according to the changes of recovery rate, the PH value of aqueous solution has a significant effect on the extract that is the magnetic bead of nano-amino. As for the tranquillizer, the rate of recovery can be optimal only at an alkaline pH value. Hence, it is significant to choose the optimal pH value of aqueous solution to achieve the best experiment condition. Meanwhile, the selection pH value of aqueous solution depends on the acid-base property of drugs.At the same acid-base property, the extract strength of tranquillizer is analyzed by different oscillation. For quiescence, the recovery rate is63%. For hands oscillation, it is71%. For vortex oscillation and ultrasound oscillation, they are82%and83%. According to these four recovery rates, obtaining the optimal recovery rate is vortex oscillation and ultrasound oscillation. However, the ultrasound oscillation has bad effect on human bodies, so the extract strength is analyzed by vortex oscillation.Moreover, the recovery rates are also obtained by the different volume of acetic ether, which is used to elude, at the same acid-base property. Five recovery rates are obtained only under the condition that the tranquillizer is eluded efficiently. When the volumes of acetic ether are0.1mL,0.2mL,0.3mL, the obtained rates are73%,78%, and 84%. However, the same recovery rates are obtained, which is86%, when the volumes of acetic ether are0.4mL and0.5mL. When the volumes of acetic ether are0.3mL,0.4mL and0.5mL, the recovery rate can be optimal. As for the premise of experiment that is to save the dosage of acetic ether,0.3mL is the optimal volume of acetic ether eventually.Additionally, the drugs in blood (focusing on Ketamine and Methamphetamine), hypnotic sedative drugs (focusing on Diazepam, Phenobarbital and Witermin), and pesticides (focusing on Methamidophos, Lambda-cyhalothrin and Methomyl) are analyzed separately by the pH value of blood solution, strength of extract and the dosage of eluent which are optimized in the experiment. When these three substances are optimized in the blood, the final result of experiment indicates the optimal pH value of aqueous solution depends on the acid-base property of drugs. Meanwhile, the recovery rate of all drugs is above70%, which can be applied to achieve the experimental standard, when the dosage of acetic ether is0.3mL and using vortex oscillation to abstract.
