Colorectal cancer represents the most common cancer in the world with high morbidity and mortality. As the rising people’s living standards, its incidence still increasing year by year, which, is a serious threat to the security of human life. In this paper, we analyze the pathological parameters of patients with colorectal cancer depend on the statistics methods in order to explore the metastasis rules of the colorectal cancer. It is aim to play a certain reference value for future research and clinical treatment of colorectal cancer. When analysing the metastasis rules of colorectal cancer, we divide the paper into two parts. One is for the general analysis of rules, the other part is the analysis of related factors for lymph node metastasis in colorectal cancer. According to the different types of the selected variables, this paper mainly uses four methods of analysis, correlation analysis, variance analysis, log-linear model analysis and logistic regression analysis. For the first part, mainly represent the interactions between one or a few variables intuitively through graphical and tabular form in order to find the metastasis rules. Among binary logistic regression analysis, single factor analysis is performed for each variable first, and then put the statistically significant variables into the model. After Diagnosing and correcting the model, finally find the pathological parameters affecting the lymphatic metastasis of colorectal cancer. The first part of this paper describes the current status on the research of colorectal cancer, along with the background and the significance of this paper. The second part discusses the models and methods used in the analysis in theoretically way. The third part of this paper would do some specific analysis and get the reference conclusion of the clinical and pathological data of the patients with colorectal cancer in recent years according to the People’s Hospital of Liaoning province. The fourth part is the summary of this paper and make further expectation for the future study of colorectal cancer.
