Research Object i ve:Observe and evaluate the efficacy and safety of using daigeshuangbu tang to treat dry bronchiectasis hemoptysis of liver fire invading lung syndrome; to explore the correlation between dry bronchiectasis and psychological factors.; to provide clinical basis for Researching the affet incidence of dry bronchiectasis and emotional diseases.Research Methods:There were48cases with meet the diagnostic criteria of dry bronchiectasis of liver fire invading lung syndrome devided into observation group and comparable group by order at random, both the quantity is24, to compare the two groups by before and after method in each group, the observation group treated on conventional way of daigeshuangbu tang, and the comparable group treated on the yunnan baiyao capsules with danzhi xiaoyao pills,one week for a course of treatment, by comparing and analysising the change of total efficacy score,the tcm symptom score,the tcm efficacy of individual symptoms scores,the SAS score and the cases once again full The Number of of hemoptysis after2weeks, and then analysis the outcome by statistics.Results:By a course of treatment, the total efficacy score of the observation group is obviously decreased before treatment, it has obviously statistical signification compared with comparable group. The observation group has better Hemostatic rate than comparable group (91.6%>58.3%),There is the statistical signification in the change of tcm syndrome score, he tcm efficacy of individual symptoms scores and the SAS score。 There was no adverse reaction caused by taking Chinese medicine during the treatment, the safety evaluation is I.
