ObjectiveTo analysis the change of hemodynamic parameters after Interventionaltreatment of renal artery stenosis by Color Doppler Flow Imaging and study thecorrelation of parameters and treatment effect of blood pressure or renalfunction. Discuss the effect of interventional therapy on renal hemodynamics,blood pressure and renal function.providing some reference information for thetreatment of renal artery stenosis in clinic.MethodsThe PSV of main renal artery and AT or Rl of interlobar renal artery weremeasured by CDFI in1week before and after the treatment for30cases with44stenosis renal arteries which were confirmed by renal artery angiographywith successful renal artery angioplasty. GFR was measured by radionucliderenal dynamic imaging, the blood pressure and serum creatinine weremeasured in1months,3months,6months after the treatment. all theexperimental data was recorded and analyzed by statistics.Results1、PSV and AT was decreased after treatment,the above indexes havedifference between preoperative group and the group of1week after operation(P<0.05). Rl has no difference between them(P>0.05). 2、 The difference of glomerular filtration rate (GFR) between thepreoperative group and the group of1month,3months,6months after operationwere not statistically significant (P>0.05).3、 The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure wasdecreased in1month,3months,6months after treatment, the differencebetween preoperative group and the group in each follow-up period hadstatistical significance (P<0.05). And systolic blood pressure and diastolicblood pressure in each follow-up period was statistically significant different(P<0.05).4、The serum creatitine has no difference between preoperative groupand the group in each time period (1month,3months,6months aftertreatment)had statistical significance (P>0.05).5、The difference in the change of blood pressure between the group of RI≤0.8and the group of RI>0.8is statistically significant(P<0.05), but thedifference in renal function change is not statistically significant(P>0.05).theeffect of blood pressure and RI was negatively correlated.6、The differences in effect of blood pressure and change of renal functionare not statistically significant between the group of AT≤0.07and the group ofAT>0.07(P>0.05).7、The differences in effect of blood pressure and change of renal functionare not statistically significant between the group of people had unilateral renalartery stenosis and the group of people had bilateral renal artery stenosis (P>0.05).Conclusions1、The hemodynamics of stenions renal artery dramatically was improvedafter interventional treatment.2、 the renovascular hypertension could be cured by Interventionaltreatment effectively and the therapeutic effect was satisfactory.3、RI of interlobar renal artery had important significance for predicting the effect of blood pressure but had no significant for predicting the effect ofkidney function.4、AT of interlobar renal artery had no significant for predicting the effectof blood pressure or kidney function.
