Domain Analysis Of EHR’s Safety And Privacy Protection At Regional Medical Information Sharing Platform

With the strengthen of width and depth in regional medical information sharing, the safety of regional medical sharing information is becoming a focus. EHR(Electronic Health Record) is the major content of regional medical information sharing. There are many duplicate construction and studies in terms of EHR safety system construction. It not only wastes resources and improves costs. Due to the repetitive on regional medical information safety and privacy protection system development and construction, it has domain analysis conditions.This essay put it as research object that is EHR’s safety and privacy protection at RMISP (regional medical information sharing platform) as research object and use FODA(Feature Oriented Domain Analyses)method to analyze the domain requirements. On the basis of the research of "Based on the health records of regional health information platform construction technology solutions"(for Trial Implementation) and other four RMISP, the essay analyzed the security risks of EHR and the cause of them. Then the essay analyzed the safety of users’behavior of EHR at RMISP and the corresponding solutions are analyzed on domain. At last, the essay defines the data dictionary of EHR’s safety and privacy protection and build a domain model about EHR’s safety and privacy protection at RMISP on this foundation. And the essay researched the corresponding regional medical information sharing safety code and standards.This model represents the security requirements of domain and it is the basis for domain design and domain implement. Through to the research of EHR’s safety and privacy protection at RMISP, the essay builds a domain model of EHR’s safety and privacy protection and achieves the medical information sharing on a bigger range. The model can provide some reference for the system construction of the EHR’s safety and privacy protection on RMISP and save some costs for new system’s developing.
