Objective:Cervical cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in women, and radicalhysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy is an effective method in the treatment ofearly cervical cancer. Pelvic lymphatic cyst is a common complication after operation ofgynecologic malignant tumor. To investigate the clinical related factors, methods ofprevention and treatment of postoperative cervical cancer lymphatic cyst andchemotherapy cyst with infection must be found.Methods:228patients for the first time adjuvant chemoradiotherapy in cervical cancerradiotherapy department of the second hospital affiliated to Dalian MedicalUniversitywere from October2008to January2012were included in a retrospectiveanalysis. After admission to hospital,72cases of pelvic lymphocele were found throughpelvic CT examination, with during treatment. Collected clinical data for all patients, including age, clinical stage, pathological type, whether neoadjuvant chemotherapy ornot, number of lymph node dissection, whether medical complications or not, vascularinvasion, depth of invasion, degree of differentiation, threatment of the72cases oflymph cyst patients and15cases of the infection (adjuvant chemotherapy afteroperation,Concurrent chemoradiotherapy, thymopentin adjuvant therapy, radiotherapymethod).Analys relevant factors of postoperative lymphatic cyst and concurrentinfection during chemotherapy and treatment.Using the chi-square test and logisticregression model to analyze.Result:1.In228cases of pelvic lymphadenectomy patients with cervical cancer,including72cases of patients with lymphatic cyst, and the lymphocystis disease incidence ratewas31.58%. Univariate analysis between the number of lymph nodes in cervical cancer surgery and clinical staging pelvic lymph cyst were significant differences (P<0.05).2.72cases of lymphcyst patients,15cases of patients with infection occurred duringtreatment, the incidence rate was20.83%,for16-72days after the start of treatment time, the mediantime of32days.Single factor analysis showed cyst diameter (>5cm), adjuvant after operation,Concurrent chemoradiotherapy, department of internal medicine complications (diabetic),Whetheradjuvant (thymus peptide five)and cyst with statistically significant difference (P<0.05)infection.And the patient’s age(≤60or>60years old), clinical stage, pathological type, degree ofdifferentiation, intraoperative lymph node dissection, the number of lymphovascular invasion, depthof invasion, radiotherapy method (EBRT/EBRT+ICBT) has no obvious correlation. To multivariateanalysis (logistic regression model) showed cyst diameter, postoperative adjuvantchemotherapy, diabetes is an independent risk of cervical cancer with lymph cystinfection factors.3.15cases of infected patients,After antibiotics therapy,4cysts decreased, thetemperature drops; ultrasound guided percutaneous drainage and antibiotics in thetreatment of11cases,10cases decreased, the tremperature drops,in1cases aftertreatment,no improvement, because of large cyst, after undergoing pelvic abscessdrainage and debridement.the effective rate is26.67%after Antibiotic therapy alone;theeffective rate was90.91%after puncture drainage combined with antibiotic, the twogroup comparison of P<0.05.Conclusion:1.Lymphocystis Disease incidence of cervical cancer after operation, the incidenceof cervical cancer with lymph node dissection, the number is closely related to theclinical stage, and the age of the patients (≤60or>60years old), whether neoadjuvantchemotherapy, there is no department of internal medicine complications andpathological type, degree of differentiation, vascular invasion, depth of invasion is noobvious correlation.2.Lymphatic cyst size, postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy, patients with diabetesare independent risk factors for lymphcyst within fection.Concurrent chemoradiotherapy, thymopentin adjuvant therapy is closely related with the occurrence and lymphatic cyst infection in cervical cancer patients after surgery.3.Patients with lymph cyst with infection of cervical cancer after operation, shouldbe the first choice of puncture and drainage combined with antibiotic therapy.
