Objective: Comparative study with0.75%ropivacaine and0.75%bupivacaine in elderly lower limbs operation in continuous spinal anesthesiaand observe the clinic effects with0.75%ropivacaine in continuous spinalanesthesia in the elderly lower limbs operation.Methods:40cases elder were randomly divided into two groups(R andB),ASAⅠ~Ⅲ, age:70-93,male:29,female:11,weight:49-76kg,injected1.33ml0.75%ropivacaine or1.33ml0.75%bupivacaine in spinal(0.1ml/s)in L2-3,compare of R and B in the time of analgesia、feeling and movement blocked andnerve block level, heart rate and mean arterial blood pressure changed inoperation. Results: R group in analgesia, movement, maintain blocking times extend to Bgroup(P〈0.05), R group in time of pain and movement recovery shorter Bgroup(P〈0.05), the score of the modified Bromage scoring in R group is good toB group(P〈0.05). Conclusions:0.75%low dose ropivacaine is safety andeffective in continuous spinal anesthesia in the elderly lower limbs operation.
