Ropivacaine Combined With Fentanyl And Ropivacaine For Combined Spinal - Epidural Block

Objective To explore the clinical effect intrathecally adminstered fentanil added to ropivacaine for the orthopedics legs surgical operation.Methods Ninty patients (ASAⅠ-Ⅱ),65 to 86 years, undergoing elective orthopaedics surgeries including holcoxa displace 20,internal fixation of fracture of shaft of femur 20,caput femoris hyperphoric 30,internal fixation of Fracture of tibiofibula 20, were randomly allocated three groups (n=30,capacity all is 3mls)。Group A received 1% ropivacaine 2ml+fentanil 1ml (50 microgramme) respectively;Group B(Group 0.5% ropivacaine)received 1% ropivacaine 1.5ml+cerebrospinal fluid 1.5ml;GroupC(Group 0.67% ropivacaine) received 1% ropivacaine 2ml+cerebrospinal fluid 1.0ml。combined spinal-epidural anesthesia kit which made on Nanchang B-T-O Co was applied at the L2-L3 interspace.drugs about 3ml into subarachnoid space at a rate of speed of 0.1ml an second.the anesthesia was maintained with a consecrated mixture of 2% lidocaine and 1% ropivacaine on 1 to 1 if necessary during the operation, To observe the differentation in SBP/DBP,HR,sensory block, motor block,recovery time and adverse reactions to drug.Results SBP/DBP have a temple degrade behind a medicine for 5 mintures,A set:the time of beginning of sensory block and motor block was lower, anaesthetize flat surface were go up, the time of sensory block were prolongs and badly respond little(P<0.05).low blood pressure, the disgusted and chill incidence rate of B set.C set was higher than A set.Conclusions fentanil added to ropivacaine suffer seldem the hemodynamic variation, the time of sensory block was longer, alleviating pain was longer and bad responding was little, particularly was applicable to old people, was a kind of better anaesthesia method for the orthopedics legs surgical operation.
