Objective Select representative two casting enterprises as the studysite in Tongling City, to investigate occupational risk factors, the degree of harm andprotection, and to investigate the quality of life of workers in order to find out thestrength or concentration of occupational risk factors and protective status, quality oflife and influencing factors, for enterprises to reduce threats to various occupationalhazards and improve the quality of life of workers and protect the health of workers.Subjects and Methods (1) by occupational health surveys, occupational hazardsmonitoring and occupational health checks in two casting enterprise, to find out thedegree of occupational hazards, occupational protective measures to implement and soon.(2) using the WHOQOL-BREF (Chinese Edition) scale, quality of life surveycarried out in foundry workers, and in accordance with the proportion of age, sex,educational level of the research group, to select the control group in two businessmanagement support staff, comparative the score of the study groups and the controlgroup, to study of quality of life factors in foundry workers.Results Survey shows that the most important occupational hazards of dust,benzene, noise, heat in the workplace of the two foundries, especially silica dust, twopeople be found abnormal associated with exposure to dust. Therefore, through therational process layout, enhanced ventilation, cleaning dust and other comprehensivemeasures to reduce dust, especially silica dust hazards; strengthen personal protection,and rotation jobs, and health examination and other measures to protect the health ofworkers.Quality of life survey shows that the lower quality of life the research Group than the control group. Focus groups is less than20square meters per capita housing area,less than six hours of sleep a day, illness,40years old, male, per capita income is lessthan500yuan, secondary and high school education, casting workshop, no position,shift work, no training, total working age less than20years and have injury group.Multiple regression analysis shows that factors affecting the quality of life of sick,workshop, position, per capita housing area, sleep time.
